PvZ Magical Guide: Hidden Secrets Every Player Should Know
The PvZ Magical achievement “Magical Fruit” puts players to the test – you need to stun ten zombies with just one Chili Bean or Imp Pear. Players who complete this challenge earn 5 points on Game Center for iOS devices and 500 XP on Google Play Games for Android devices.
Our team found that there was a way to make gameplay better through smart plant placement. Sweet Potato can pull zombies from three lanes at once. Players who want to succeed should also become skilled at timing their Chili Bean moves in specific levels like Pirate Seas – Day 1 and Day 22.
This piece reveals all the hidden secrets and strategies that will help you unlock these magical achievements and make your Plants vs. Zombies 2 experience unmatched.
Unlocking the Magical Fruit Achievement

Getting the Magical Fruit achievement needs perfect timing and smart plant placement. You need to stun exactly 10 zombies at once with a single Chili Bean. This might seem tough at first, but I’ve found some reliable ways to make it work.
A good strategy uses defensive plants the right way. You can use Tall-nuts as barriers to let zombies bunch up. Once you see 10 or more zombies gathered, dig up one Tall-nut and put a Chili Bean in its spot. Your defensive plants will last longer if you give them Plant Food during setup.
Pirate Seas – Day 1 works great for this achievement. Put Garlic on one of the planked lanes to push zombies into a single path. Set up your lane with a Chili Bean, leave a gap after a Tall-nut, then place a Primal Wall-nut. This setup guides zombies right to your Chili Bean for the best results.
Pirate Seas – Day 22 gives you a great chance with the Zombie Popcorn strategy. Wait for the final flag when Imp Cannons blow up and send out lots of Imp Pirate Zombies. Look for the row with the most Imps. Keep just one Spikeweed in the fifth column, remove the Wall-nut, and drop your Chili Bean. Give Plant Food to your remaining Spikeweed after the Imps get stunned.
Endless Zones are perfect since zombies naturally cluster in higher levels. Stay away from Terror from Tomorrow though – robot zombies don’t react to Chili Bean’s gas.
Caution: Explorer Zombies in Ancient Egypt can burn your Chili Bean before you get the achievement. A helpful tip: feeding Plant Food to a Chili Bean creates three new beans that can stun nearby zombies – perfect for crowded situations.
These techniques will help you get the Magical Fruit achievement as you play through the exciting world of PvZ.
